Jason, Cade and I have had a crazy week so far! Last thursday we welcomed Steven and Nicholas into our home for 10 days. They are great boys who love to help out in any way they can...and there has been lots for them to help with! The dogs got fleas while we were away in Michigan. The poor fellas have been so miserable. We have been working hard to clean out everything and kill those little suckers...what a task! I decided to go cheap and buy them Walmart flea meds and unfortunately they both developed strange leg tics as a result. (the vet thought it was so weird that they both had twitching legs!) Don't buy Sargent's flea medication! Or Hartz for that matter. Expensive Advantix is the way to go. The singing dog on the commercial is right! :) Benji ended up at the doggie ER last night and had to get a steroid shot and Herby had to get a shot this morning. They are finally starting to settle down some.

Also, please pray for Cade because his reflux is acting up again. The pediatrician is sending him to a GI pediatric specialist. Unfortunately, the soonest appt is Aug. 28th. Not sure how we will all manage waiting that long. The screaming during meals is pretty unbearable at times.
